Platform controller hub die - overheating

What is this, what does it mean, do I need to be concerned? Nothing seems to be wrong, notification pops up from time to time to tell me of current temp. Platform controller hub die reading 115 c. Overall laptop temperature, 35 c.

According to this link, The bottom surface and some areas between the keyboard and LCD hinge of your Mac notebook can become warm after extended periods of use. This is normal operating behavior.
