Can I hand off a phone call from my iPhone to my Macbook?

Is there a way to hand off a phone call from my iPhone to my Macbook? I have a weekly online course and the audio is done by calling my phone, the incoming call pops up on my Macbook screen, but I have to enter a conference code, so I pick up the call on my iPhone and leave it on speaker but I would prefer to have the call done through my Macbook. Is there a way to transfer a call from the iPhone to the Mac. I haven't been able to find a way to make this work yet. Thanks!
