Mac OS XI have always found that output reading too volatile to be useful.
Try a SMC reset:

Besides pointing out the energy hogs, it can also identify which apps may cause sleep to fail and battery drainage to continue in spite your thinking the device was sound asleep.

I tried quitting all energy-consuming progresses and also tried resetting the SMC as OGELTHORPE suggested. It was no use.

Mac OS XHave the battery tested at an Apple store genius bar or by an AASP. Your MBP is under warranty so take advantage of it.
If you purchased the MBP directly from Apple, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange it or get a refund. This does not apply if you purchased it from a reseller.

I noticed that when writing emails, the battery time is like 11hours. And when I'm web browsing, it about 5-6 hours. The thing I'm fed up by is, when I'm playing games, the life drops to 1hour at 80%. Is this normal?

Mac OS XActually that does sound normal. The more resource intensive the task, the less battery rub time there will be. Games are resource gluttons and text edit requires very little CPU power. It would appear that you are experiencing expected results.
Ciao.
