Hello - please help! Desperately trying to figure out how I can move data (contacts, media etc) from Samsung (Android) to my iPhone 6s, ios 9.0.2. I have tried everything possible, ensuring both my phones are plugged into power sources, over the same wifi, flight mode on Android BUT my iPhone does not have the "Move data from Android" option on the Apps and Data screen when I set it up. Please please help!!

Thanks for your response. That was my starting point and as per Step 1 of the instructions, my phone does not show the "Move Data from Android" on the Apps and Data screen when I set it up 😟 It only displays 3 options, namely, restore from iCloud, iTunes back-up and Set-up as new iPhone.

Flight mode should be switched off for the Android WiFI to work.
