Q: wi-Fi connection

this sina from IRAN. I have iPhone 5s and 9.2.1 ios .

I have problem about Wi-Fi connection. my iPhone haven't any send and receives about internet but I can connect to Wi-Fi .

I reset my iPhone but this not useful.
