One of the Apps I purchased on the App Store suddenly stopped working with an error message to re-install the App.... but when I tried to re-install from Purchases page, there was a red message saying "an error has occurred" ... When I try to install the app it says, cannot install - not enough disk space, but there is plenty of disk space, almost double what the app requires...
I'm trying to submit a question to Apple Support, but they require an 'order number'
Can anyone tell me where I would find this mysterious 'order number'?
