Feb 26, 2016 7:45 AM in response to deggieby anypats,Yes Guided Access is the way to go. I enable it for my kids all the time. You can even select areas of the screen that you don't want them to click on. For example if it's an app that has ads at the bottom on the screen, you can circle that area and they won't be able to click on the ads.
