Q: Iphone 4s shutted édown

Hello everybody,

My phone is shutted down, itunes recognized it and asked me to lock off my iphone with the password. But it's off and it doesn't want to open even with the both button power and home pressed. And when it's connected with my computer or sector, it's makes a regular sound without open.

Please can u tell me which problem it has or what can i do ?

Hello there, Tordhin.

It sounds like the display on your iPhone is not functioning even though you hear sounds from the phone and it is on. The following Knowledge Base article offers some great recommendations for troubleshooting:

Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you see a solid color screen (black, white, or blue)

Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.

Force restart your device while it's plugged in.

If this doesn't work, restore your device.

If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
