Where do I look to see my Apple product purchase history?

Did you look at the suggested link at the top of this page? Apple is recommending you keep your original purchase receipts for later reference. I suspect, however, that if you went to an Apple store and they did a look up from your serial number they could provide you with the history & documentation.
