my playlist will not download to server

When I try to upload my site (via fetch) info to the server the server says. playlist won't load, some problem with a file. I'm not sure where to go with this issue. Any help out there. Thanks Mac pro early 2009 OSX El Capitan 12gig memory. iweb 3.0.4
