I have been trying for days to update my computers to the OS X EL Capitan v 10.11.3 and my computers won't let me. It never says why, it won't let me, it just says I can't. Yet, I continue to get the pop ups telling me to up date this software.

Where are you trying to download El Capitan from, and where are the pop-ups coming from?

OS X El Capitan 10.11.2
It wants me to update to 10.11.3 but the computer won't allow it. I keep getting little pop up reminders from the app store to download and restart. I do that and after the restart it say sorry, it was unable to down load the update.

It is the same update as the App Store, but it is a disk image file.
None of the 3 apple computers I have will let me download this update. And I get pop ups several times a day telling me to update.
