Identifying fraudulent "phishing" email - Apple SupportEither way, it sounds like the thieves were somehow able to log into your iCloud account and remove the phone. There's no way to remotely add it back on once it's been deleted. You asked what to do? Get a new phone.

Feb 26, 2016 12:30 PM in response to parag fromgurgoanby Michael Black,If they were able to remove it from your iCloud account, then they know your AppleID and password. Login to https://appleid.apple.com and change your password immediately.
