My Macbook is entering to restarting loop and the only option I have is to enter to safe boot. When I entering safe boot I get to a gray screen with a big lock and it asks for password. I don't know my password and I am willing to find a way to retrieve it.

Thanks but they don't really solve me the problem. I can't get into the password utility because it asks for the password for it.

I don't have an option to go to Apple store soon. I don't see how find my Mac helps me in my situation, and as I said the firmware password utility is not an option because it requires the efi password.
You don't seem to understand. With the firmware password set, there is not much you can do without help from Apple. You cannot bypass it on your own.
Apple Retail Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers are not the same thing.
Use https://locate.apple.com/country to see if there's a service provider near you.
