Spark Email App Notifications

I have been using the Spark email app for several weeks now and it has worked great, always responsive. Recently my notifications stopped updating and now I'm not getting any notifications. I opened my email today because I thought it was weird I didn't get any emails all day to find 20 new emails and I never got notified for any of them. I don't have the smart notification feature on. It is set so that I should receive all notifications. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem and if they know a fix for it?

Hey there dehnd2014,

I hope you've already solved this issue, but just in case you haven't I thought I'd share my solution. I'm assuming you were having trouble with notification badges not showing up on the app, and not with whether or not the app is giving you push notifications.

Hidden within the preferences in the general subsection is a tab for Badges. I had the same issue with a lack of badges showing up when I received a new message, and when I went into the Badges tab in preferences, I found that the app defaulted to turning off the badges notification. So if you're still having trouble getting badges to show up on the app, I would have a look in the preferences within the app (and not within the system app on your phone/tablet) to see if that isn't turned off. Hope this helped.
