How to access apps from previous Apple IDs (special circumstances)

I need to view all previously (iPad) downloaded apps from all of my previous apple ids. I only have access to an Ipad device and a public computer- a PC which will not allow an iTunes download. How do i go about seeing all of my downloaded apps for all previous Apple IDs in this case?
