May 30, 2016 8:25 PM in response to Kym363by indysolo,I had the same issue. I was able to connect other Apple devices fine, just not my iPhone 6s. I re-installed iTunes, the drivers, and re-booted my iPhone... no luck. I followed all the Apple instructions for iTunes doesn‘t recognize your iPhone , which did not work for me. I looked in Device Manager and I was not able to see the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver.
Before doing these steps make sure you disconnect your iPhone and close iTunes. Within Windows 10, select the Windows Icon on the bottom menu> select Settings > Devices > Connected Devices. In the list of Other Devices I could see iPhone. I selected it and pressed Remove Device. Then I re-connected the device and Windows, which automatically installed the necessary drivers. I navigated back to Device Manager and Apple Mobile Device USB displayed. Everything worked from that point. Hope this helps you too.
