Feb 27, 2016 3:56 AM in response to Israel D.by OGELTHORPE,Check to see if the MBP is having kernel panics by using these directions:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201753
If so, post it.
Try SMC and NVRAM resets:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063
Then try a safe boot:

Any change?
Ciao.

Feb 28, 2016 12:17 AM in response to OGELTHORPEby Israel D.,I cannot view the kernel panics because it doesn't boot up. How can I view the kernel panics if my MacBook pro doesn't log onto my account? The only way its signed in has been through the factory reset page. But now I cannot even view that page. The computer boots only to a log in that asks for my user password. I input it and then the progress bar loads up to halfway or so and then it restarts or freezes.

If I were to guess, the HDD is probably your culprit. For a definitive analysis, make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar. The evaluation will be FREE.
Ciao.
