IMessage & FaceTime not working with Phome Number

Dear Support/Community

Been reading & trying all the solutions for the problem mentioned above to no avail. I can't figure this out.

If you are having trouble getting your telephone number to work with the Messages and FaceTime apps, take a look at the resources below to troubleshoot the issue:

If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime

Add or remove your phone number to iMessage or FaceTime on your Mac, iPad, and iPod touch

Thank you, Judy, for your reply.

Tried calling them but it didn't work out. The call keeps dropping.

Would it be possible for me to send them a detailed email with my phone's IMEI so they might get back to me via call or email?
