In iPad Air with iOS 9.2.1 , in “Settings” below Safari icon the HomeKit icon doesn't exist (and is not possible to configure HomeKit)

Hello :

I have 3 iOS devices: iPhone 6 , iPhone 5 , iPad Air all with the last iOS 9.2.1 .

I have bought a Netatmo Thermostat , with HomeKit technology.

In the iPhone 6 there is in "Settings" below Safari icon the HomeKit icon (to configure). BUT in the iPhone 5 and iPad Air doesn't exist the HomeKit icon (and it's impossible to configure HomeKit and to link the Thermostat).

Tank you to help me !

Thank you Bobseufert !

The problem was that I needed to invite from HomeKit in my iPhone 6 the iPad Air and iPhone 5 , because they have a different iCloud account (both are used by my wife).

After to do the invitation and to accept it in the iPad Air and iPhone 5, the HomeKit icon appears in both devices below the Safari icon (same as in the iPhone 6).
