It sounds like you have isolated your issue to Netflix because you have restarted your Apple TV and router, and other programs like YouTube are not having an issue.

Mar 3, 2016 6:05 AM in response to Wendylanzaroteby choego,Who is your service provider? I had Time Warner and was noticing this same behaviors. I have switched ISPs and the problem went away. That might not be an option for you, but I think some ISP throttle Netflix traffic during peak hours.

Mar 29, 2016 9:01 AM in response to Wendylanzaroteby gggplaya,I have the same issue which only started in february, but it also does it on my amazon fire tv box(gen2) and the netflix app built into my bedroom vizio TV. Also, my my router is in the bedroom with my vizio tv and amazon fire box, so i know it's not a signal strength issue. It's either netflix or comcast that's causing the issue.
