Tried using Face Time for the first time yesterday. They could hear me on their Mac. I could see them but, no sound...We finally gave up and used our iphones. Tried looking in settings, preferences. My phone will not accept any pairing with the macbook although a # was provided to pair it then said Macbook was not supported. Just want to hear the other person. Help?
