Error when launching apps

Hi,

Recently, I've had a problem with any app from the App Store on my computer (iMac). When I launch it, it takes some time to "verify" the app and then asks for my apple ID and password. After I type it in, an error message pops up sayng "Couldn't verify this computer. Contact the Apple support." I'm running OS X 10.11.3 on an iMac form 2015.

Hi kacper6273,

If you are having trouble connecting to the Mac App Store and getting an error message that your computer can't be verified, try the steps outlined these two resources:

If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store

OS X: "Cannot connect" or "Cannot connect to the App Store. An internet connection is required"
