Feb 27, 2016 6:51 AM in response to Amy799by lllaass,Did you try this:
Reset the user password in OS X Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks and Yosemite
However, you said this "I cant even use recovery mode because it asks for the **** admin password"
Are you getting this:
Lock icon
If you set a firmware password on your Mac, you might see a lock icon at startup if you try to start your Mac from another volume like an external drive or OS X Recovery. Enter your firmware password to continue starting up.
The link says what to do if you do not have the password.
What model Mac Mini?

Feb 27, 2016 7:26 AM in response to Amy799by lllaass,As the link said:
If you forget your firmware password
If you can't remember the password you set using the Firmware Password Utility or Find My Mac, schedule a service appointment with an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Bring your proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) with you. If you plan to visit an Apple Retail Store, make a reservation (available only in some countries).
You will have to get the proof of purchase from the original purchaser
