Q: lost itunes in windows 10 upgrade and cannot install

I had iTunes on my computer but it disappeared when I upgraded to windows 10.  I have tried to install iTunes but it refuses to download the 32 bit version for windows 7 or later. The version logo is crossed out on the downloads page (see picture)  I then tried to download the windows XP or Vista version in case that would work but it just brought me back to the windows 7 or later download page, again with the logo crossed out. I have no idea what to do next. And yes, I DID put in a valid email address.
