I have two mouse-pointers

So after i reinstalled my mac at christmas-time, a weird but annoying bug occurred. I have two mouse-pointers. There is the normal one, and then there is a smaller one, inside the first. The smaller one does not go away when watching a movie, or playing a game. It's rather annoying, but i haven't found any help online.
