Feb 27, 2016 2:31 PM in response to Starter0815by Johnathan Burger,Did you install the Apple provided drivers?

Feb 27, 2016 8:47 PM in response to Starter0815by Loner T,Please download drivers appropriate for your Mac from Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support to a USB flash drive on the OS X side.
If your USB driver is not installed correctly, please download Paragon for NTFS Trial version (https://www.paragon-software.com/home/ntfs-mac/) and install it on the OS X side to enable read-write access to Windows partition, copy the contents of the USB to a known folder on the Windows partition side, and switch to Windows and run setup.exe from the Bootcamp folder inside this known folder to which you copied the zip file or contents of the USB.

5.1.5621 is the incorrect package. You have a 'late' 2013, not an 'early 2013. Please use 5.1.5640. If you are using the new Magic Mouse2, you will need driver from the BC6 packages.

Is it a Magic Mouse2? You can download BC6 drivers manually using https://github.com/timsutton/brigadier .
