Q: Problems to receive calls on Macbook Pro Retina...

Hi to all,

I need some help...

I have a Macbook Pro Retina model A1398 with OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 (updated at 3 day ago from OS X Yosemite) and a Iphone 6 model A1586 with IOS 8.4.

I'm able to make call and FaceTime from the Mac, but I'm not able to receive calls or FaceTime on mac from the Iphone.

Each time that I receive a call, on the Mac it shows always as a lost call.

I have triple check Apple ID/account on both equipments and they are the same, I made login with different Apple accounts, both devices are on the same wifi network, al firewalls are disabled and I already have reboot both several times... I even tried on a different wifi network, from a different router.

Can any one help me?

There's someone with the same problem?
