Q: Multiple Issues using Fixed Layout

I'll try to explain all my problems and excuse my english.

I have faced for a long time, problems using iTunes Connect, Pages or iBooks Author.

I am basically a writer of children's books using EPUB Layout Fixed as template. One of my books with video (interactive) I`ve fixed several times through many contacts with Support until I discovered that the problem was that iBooks was unable to read EPUB 3.0 presenting crashes and freezes. Right now this problem was fixed.

In fact neither iBooks Author nor Pages have support to fixed layout. For example, EPUB templates presented in Pages only have vertical layout - where are the horizontal templates for pictured books? iBooks Author is done for conventional books requiring chapters and sections that are useless for children's books that just need blank pages where images can be copied / pasted with text. That's all but not so simple.

Right now I've finished another book and used Epub Checker. Everything was OK so I tried to upload this one using iTunes Connect.

To my despair iTunes Connect returned with several error messages missing both Epub Checker or inDesign.

I'm here to tell all this issues using Apple's tools and how they not work in practice.
