Can Apple TV Stream Free-to-air TV On-demand Shows to TV Set

I am interested in watching the "On-demand" television shows that Free-to-air TV stations offer on my large screen television set instead of using the smaller screen IOS devices, i.e. iPad/iPhone. Can Apple TV enable me to stream these Free-to-air shows from my iPad/iPhone using the TV stations "on-demand" apps, such as ABC's iView, 7PLUS, TENPLAY, 9NOW and SBS ON-DEMAND?
