i receive network connection error while updating to IOS 9.2 on my iPhone 5

hi

I receive network connection error on my iPhone 5 while I am trying to update it from IOS 9.1 to IOS 9.2 . even I tried another network connection but the same error I get . please tell me what I should do ?

and it made me some problems in using some apps specially using telegram app . I can't send messages to some of my contacts on telegram although they have the app . I though it is because of not updating to IOS 9.2
