ghost icons on setting

Those ghost icons are apps that are on the phone. You most likely do not want to delete them. They just aren't rendering properly in the Notifications of the settings app. Have you tried force restarting the phone?

To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

You asked how to delete them so I assumed that you didn't realize that they were actually apps on the phone. I have seen some people think that they had a virus or malware on their phones when they saw those icons.

I don't know if there is a way to determine which apps they are without using trial and error. Do any of the apps on your home screens have the same icons?

They could be the result of fragmentation or traces of apps from the past. I have had icons like that appear on my iPads and iPhone and they always ended up resolving themselves.
