how or must I can find and download the latest version from apple final cut pro express? I have some old projects that I necessarily have to open with this software and the version I have on DVD is older than the one with which I had saved them

Apple discontinued Final Cut Express in June, 2011. It was never available as a download. You may be able to find a used copy on sites like craigslist or ebay. Or you could purchase Final Cut Pro X from the app store. Be warned though, FCP X is a totally different application.
