Iphone 5s 64GB..Memory full though there are no more than 20GB of photosn all.? where is 35gb?

I have bought Iphone 5s 64GB, Updated to Ios 9.2.1 two months back, I have added 15 GB of Photos and Music . thats. all.. And have taken max of 1-1,5Gb of Photos..

But Phone is showing Memory Full.

Even in the Manage Space...the breakup of storage usage add up to 16-17 GB.. But its showing all 55 GB used..

What could the Problem..

Please help

How come are you going to get all the list in one screenshot..

however, as you aware, the Apps are sorted in the descending order of its storage..Then .. whatever the apps listed below should be of less storage.

Having similar issue with iphone 6s. Total used memory totals roughly 25bg but available is less than 1 gb on 64gb phone!!!
