Lock screen is zoomed in. Cannot see restart button after holding down on/off. Forced restart failed to work on iPad. Help!

Try tapping on the screen twice in succession with three fingers.

Pressing and holding both the home and sleep buttons for 10 to 15 seconds don't get it to reboot ?

With zoom enabled a double-tap of the screen with three fingers should turn it on and off
