Reinstall El Capitan Without Erasing the Drive

Make sure you have a current backup before proceeding.

    Boot to the Recovery HD:

Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears.

    Repair

When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the indented Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list.  Click on the First Aid tab in the toolbar.. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run First Aid until no errors are reported. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.

Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.

Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless and more reliable.

In the future please post in the proper forum. Your question has nothing related to the Developer forum. I will arrange to have it moved.

Writing an effective Apple Support Communities question. You need to provide more information when you ask a question.

    Thank you.

sorry for the wrong Forum. Which forum is right for this issue ?

the first thing I did was reinstall OS X. But it did not help. After that I restarted in safe mode And was glad it worked well. But in normal mode the problem continues.

As you suggested I ran disk utilities, but no error is reported. Anything else I can try ?

thanks again and sorry for my clumsiness.

It's in the iMac forum now. I had the mods relocate it.

Did you reinstall OS X from safe mode? If not you need to try that.

    Try this, then:

Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions - El Capitan

If you are not able to do the above, then most likely the drive has failed or there is some other hardware malfunction. in this case i suggest you make an appointment at the Apple Retail Store - Genius Bar and take it in for service. If you are not in the USA or cannot set up an appointment this way, then contact your local Apple Store directly.
