Mac OS XDon't turn it ON while there is moisture inside. A short-circuit may cause more damage.
The earlier iMac G5 models (without built-in iSight camera) had a back that was easily removable.

If your iMac G5 is like that, take off the back. Remove any obvious moisture. Then, let it sit with back open in a warm place for (at least) a few weeks.
