Trouble with photos
My photos from my phone used to just show up on my computer without connecting it and now they don't. My phone is not in low power mode. What's the deal?
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

Do you know how the photos were appearing on your computer in the first place? Were you using iCloud Photo Library? Were you using Photo Stream?

What kind of computer? If it is a Mac, what photos app - Photos or iPhoto?

I have a newer MacBook pro, I am using photos on both devices, I was not using iCloud Photo Library, and I had photo stream turned on. I never messed with any of the settings but my photos just stopped syncing for apparently no reason. Any ideas?
Did check everywhere to make sure that all of your settings are correct ...Photo Stream is still turned on?
When you open the Photos app on the Mac, do you give it plenty of time for the photos to appear? I am not using Photos on my MBP. I am still using iPhoto. But I know that some times it will take more than a few minutes before my most recent Photo Stream photos appear. I attribute that to my internet download speed at that particular time.
I created a few screenshots on my iPhone on Sunday that did not appear on my iPad until the next morning. Typically, they will appear within seconds. The two devices were virtually side by side at the time.
Keep in mind... Photo Stream is capped. 1000 images or 30 days worth, then they are removed.
I gave it over an hour and still nothing. It had been a little while since I synced my photos but definitely not over 1000 photos. I will keep troubleshooting but it's just really annoying.
OK, on the Mac go to Photos>Preferences>General, and make sure that the "Importing" option is turned on. Then double-check Photos>Preferences>iCloud and make sure that Photo Stream is ticked.

It randomly works now, before I even had a chance to check that stuff (everything GB said was checked). Maybe it just needed some time? I don't know, but thank you for your input everyone. I greatly appreciate the help you gave me, and with a very quick turnaround.
Well, remember that the upload to your computer is over Wifi, and sometimes it just takes awhile for stuff to show up. Sometimes, when I take a photo, it shows up almost immediately in Photos, sometimes, it can take a couple of hours.....go figure đ
