Q: iPad keeps asking for email passwords

just on iPad and iPhone, both keep asking to re enter email passwords. It drives me nuts,

almost everytime I check emails, there is this "enter password for ....email" No matter, how many times

I do that, it keeps asking to do so ?

Btw, it just started after last update.....
