Hi, I have over 7000 photos and videos, How do I get them off the MacBook Air and onto the iCloud?
Also for my iPhone, the same problem. iCloud is chosen, yet photos and videos are taking up my phone storage.

iCloud is a syncing system, not an external storage system. If you delete them from the device/Computer they will be deleted from iCloud. To increase space available, go Settings/iCloud/Photos and select Optimize iPhone/iPad Storage. For the computer, go to Photos/Preferences/iCloud. That will reduce the space required by about 90% when fully effective.
