Q: How do I stop Music on iOS 9.2.1 from downloading songs?
My iPhone is trying to download 2000 songs and I can't make it stop. I'm not sure how it even started or what it's trying to do - I sync my music to my computer and in fact have cellular data turned off for Music on my phone. How can I stop the downloads? There's a bar at the top of the screen in Music that says "2,021 downloads remains." When I touch that bar I get a list of the songs and the only option is a button on the upper right that says "Done". Touching that button only takes me back to the previous screen but doesn't stop the downloads. Any suggestions?

Double click on the Home button and locate the Music App in the multitasking view. Then swipe Music up until it goes away. Then try a forced restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it comes up. You will not lose anything. See if this helps.
