Q: Previously purchased music will NOT let me download...

So, a while back I made a purchase of Drake and Future's joint album, "What A Time To Be Alive".

However, when going into my purchases to Re-Download this album, it won't let me download it, nor does it show up in my previously purchased items. Help please?
