how to clean the hole of the headphone due to bad contact

It doesn't matter the headphone I use I need to spin the plug to get a good contact. How to fix it?

What I've done in the past is use a Q-tip. It's too large to fit as-is, so pull off about half (or more) of the swab material, then roll the tip between fingers to re-compress. I then used a small (medical) alcohol wipe to barely moisten the tip. Don't make it wet. I used that tip to gently wipe the inside the of the headphones jack. There's supposedly a sensor at the end, so do not press hard. Use a motion that is like inserting and removing the headphone plug, instead of twisting, which may leave some of the tip material behind (and make the situation worse).
