Q: iPhone 5S can not active with Apple ID
My iPhone 5s has just been reset, however, I could not active with my iCloud ID. One notification pop up "could not use this apple id to active thi iphone In the list iCloud setting, it was still seen. Then, I removed it from the list but I can still not active it.

It sounds like you were using your iPhone fine but after a reset you can no longer activate it.
