Can I install Windows 10 through Bootcamp from a USB Jump Drive?

Alright I seen this post and read it Boot Camp Assistant 6.0.1 not installing Windows 10 ISO? Asks for USB? but I was wondering is it possible to do a new install of Windows 10 no upgrade through Bootcamp using a USB Jump Drive? The reason I ask is because the optical drive on my Macbook quit working out of nowhere.

MacBook, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

On a Mac, you also need drivers to enable Apple hardware like Keyboard/Mouse. The plain ISO (on USB or DVD) will not work properly. It is safer to use BCA to install Windows. The year/model of the Mac is also a factor.

It's not a restore disk it's for custom built builders to install Windows on their machines and others they may sell.

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, which you can generally think of this term as meaning "PC maker" or, more precisely in this case, "system builder." And given this, you may assume then that Windows 7 OEM packaging is thus off limits to you as an individual
