Q: Podcast app

i don't have the podcast app on my phone. Went to the App Store and the podcast app says open. I tried to open it but it won't open. So where is the app and how can I get to appear on the home screen ?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2

    The App Store Podcast app is for older versions of iOS.  iOS 9 comes with its own Podcasts app.  Have you looked in all the folders?  Is it disabled in:

    Settings > General > Restrictions

     

    If you still can't find it, try:

    Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout
