Q: how can i get my apple id? I cant remember the email i used for the apple id..

My sons phone got locked and I connected it to the iTunes store to unlock it and now I need an apple id to get the phone to start working again. I cant remember the email I used for the phone.  so please help me get his phone working again. thanks
