I need to convert approximately 20,000 .eml files to .pdf. I would like to be able to have any attachments to the .eml files also converted and embedded or attached to the email. Any ideas?

A "hidden" feature of MSG Viewer for Outlook (msgviewerforoutlook.com -- also available on the app store) is the conversion of EML to PDF files. From Preferences, simply select 'Convert to PDF' as the output, and then drag/drop your EML files for batch processing!
Having attachments embedded to the PDF is a very challenging task... and not straightforward for most attachments. For instance, imagine a multi-page excel document, or ZIP file, how would those be converted/embedded? I'm not aware of any option for that.
