Internet Explorer portal access on mac

I just started a job at a UHS hospital and they require us to use an online portal for our pay stubs, Paid time off, etc. But I am having trouble accessing it.

When I go to this website

http://www.uhsinc.com/employee-self-service/

I get this https://lawpb.c12f.netaspx.com/lawson/portal/index.htm

the problem is there is no portal installation guide. So I don't know how to access what I need. Is there any way of doing this, or am I doomed to use the computers at work for all my documentation?
