Q: OS X el capitan hangs during reboot
I had just upgraded to El Capitan on my 27" late 2013 iMac. Then I had a power outage. It will not boot, not even in Safe Mode. Even when I turn it off by holding down the power button and restarting with shift key held down, it shows about 80% progress on the startup screen (it doesn't start from the beginning but starts right there) and I can't get it to launch into recovery mode or safe mode. What are my options?
