Q: How to get the face time call record..

I understand that you would like to more information about the call logs for FaceTime on your Mac. Let's go over some information so you can find this out. 

For FaceTime for Mac, you will have a list of calls that have been made and missed. They will only show the contact information about the caller. If you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, then you can see that full information as far as how long the call took. Take a look at the informaiton below for more details.
